Misty Meadows herbal teas are blended onsite by certified herbalists, using only the highest quality plant materials, many of which are wildcrafted or organically grown within the 160 acres of Misty Meadows.  Tea blends are crafted by skilled herbalists to help you achieve desired goals of healing, nourishment and delicious flavor.  We joyfully disclose all ingredients used in our herbal tea blends.

Anticoagulant medications - avoid st. johnswort, red clover, gingko, horse chestnut, white willow, birch, meadowsweet, wintergreen
Diuretic medications - avoid parsley, dandelion leaf
Heavy Menstrual Flow - avoid dong quai during period.
Hiatal Hernia - Avoid peppermint
High blood pressure - Avoid licorice
Hypothyroidism - Avoid lemon balm/melissa
Kidney Stones - Avoid sheep sorrel
Low blood pressure - Avoid astragalus, yarrow, mistletoe.
Pregnancy - avoid blue cohosh, goldenseal, nutmeg,
Prescription drugs, most - Avoid red clover
Ragweed Allergy - Avoid chamomile
