I invite you to attend a sound bath meditation for relaxation, reset and restoration of the mind, body and spirit. Sound bathing includes guided meditation combined with the sound and song of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. There are seven bowls providing connection within the seven chakra centers of the energetic body. Each bowl is tuned to a particular sound, vibration and tone that resonates with its corresponding chakra. Sound bathing, with crystal singing bowls, helps to balance the chakra system, and re-energize the auric field.

The sound of a quartz crystal bowl, the “music” it can emit, is a pure light that responds to the octave of sound within our being. We are sound, we are resonance, we are energy. We can heal ourselves through sound, through pure tones. We can release old patterns, beliefs, physical pains, dis-ease, anxiety, and depression – all forms of ailments through re-balancing our inner resonance, which ultimately effects and directs our physical being.

Submerge, relax, let go and bathe in the hypnotic sounds of the singing bowls.

Please dress comfortably. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, or props that promote your ultimate relaxation.
