Let's begin to lay the foundation for any beginner herbalist or anyone looking to incorporate herbs into their daily lives! We will discuss some favorite herbs and their uses, different preparations for these herbs, and some book recommendations to help you along your herbal journey! We will talk briefly about how to make herbal teas, infused oils, alcohol extracts, glycerites, liniments, massage oils featuring essential oils, sprays and more! Each student will leave with a comprehensive handout and a small Materia Medica for you to reference later.
