The rules and regulations of product making can be intimidating enough that many herbalists don’t know where to even begin. This three-hour intensive will give you the basics of what GMP compliance is and what you need to get started. It’s not as hard as you think!

In this class we will focus on required paperwork for your herbal products, keeping a clean (according to the government!) workspace, and if you need a commercial kitchen or not. You will receive a PDF of the presentation, and some helpful links for where to go when you feel stuck

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

• Understand common GMP terminology

• Know what information you need to record and keep

• Build the templates you need for compliance

• Understand the reasoning behind the requirements

• Get started on building your GMP compliance so you can grow your business without fear

• How to handle issues with quality and customer feedback
