In this workshop we will be discussing the various native medicinal mushrooms, their medicine, and how to find, identify and safely forage these powerful allies on our own! We are so lucky to live in an area with such ample mushroom medicine and in this course, we will be discussing these benefits in depth.

Students will get a chance to see, handle and pass around examples of local mushrooms to better prepare you for upcoming mushroom hunting season. Students will also leave with a foraging guide for reference.
